Clos de La Chaize Highlighted by La Revue du Vin de France

In its April 2025 edition, La Revue du Vin de France features a dossier titled "Beaujolais in Three Styles", highlighting the gems of this wine region.

Among the selected wines, our Clos de La Chaize Monopole 2020, from the Brouilly appellation, stands out as a true premium Beaujolais wine, a symbol of quality, elegance, and finesse.

The magazine awarded this vintage an exceptional score of 95/100, accompanied by the following comment: "It is the great success of the château, taking full measure of its terroir in order to reveal its quintessence. To achieve this, 20% whole-cluster fermentation and an eighteen-month aging provide a luxurious oak that is still slightly dominant, yet emphasizes the depth and substance of this wine. One is seduced by its rare length and gentle smoothness, and surprised by such density and concentration."

This cuvée perfectly illustrates the estate's ability to produce high-end wines with deep, refined aromatic profiles, elevating Beaujolais to the level of France’s great appellations.
