Château de La Chaize Featured in ONIRIQ,
Forbes’ Luxury Magazine

Château de La Chaize is attracting attention far beyond the hills of Brouilly. In its March 2026 edition, ONIRIQ, Forbes’ luxury magazine, features a report on the revival of Beaujolais—and our estate is highlighted alongside some of the region’s most renowned names and neighbors: Château Thivin, Château des Jacques, Marcel Lapierre, and Domaine Louis Claude Desvignes.

The magazine takes a warm and enthusiastic look at the Beaujolais region, perfectly capturing what many wine lovers feel today: “After having long been associated with simplicity, this beautiful region is rediscovering its crus through wines that are elegant, generous, bursting with fruit, and even built for ageing.”

What ONIRIQ Says About Our Wines: the feature highlights our 13 cuvées, including seven single-vineyard wines and two clos, praising their precision and character. Particular attention is given to our Côte de Brouilly Single Vineyard “Chavannes” 2023, noted for its “graphite nose and rich texture,” as well as its “beautiful length on the palate.”

Our Age-Worthy Cuvées to Discover :

In keeping with ONIRIQ’s observations about Beaujolais wines built for ageing, we particularly recommend:

  • Clos de La Chaize 2020
  • Côte de Brouilly Single Vineyard “Chavannes” 2023
  • Côte de Brouilly Single Vineyard “Bruhlié” 2023
  • Brouilly Single Vineyard “Combiliaty” 2023
  • These are wines that reward patience and reveal their full potential after several years in the cellar.

This publication is a wonderful opportunity to introduce Château de La Chaize to new wine enthusiasts. More broadly, it reflects the dynamism of a region that now stands proudly alongside France’s greatest appellations. Thank you, ONIRIQ!
