"Côte de Brouilly" is a blend of a selection of our vineyard sites, located on the famous Mont Brouilly mountain.

• 50% whole clusters, 50% destemmed
• Duration of maceration: 15 days
• Type of yeast: natural
• 2 pumping-over per day, 3 unloading
• After pressing, the free-run juice and press are assembled
• Spontaneous malolactic fermentation
• Tangential filtration

Tasting

Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: Ripe red and black fruits, hint of spices and minerality
Palate: Delicate black fruits, velvety tannins, balance between freshness and maturity, framed by subtle structure
Service temperature: 14°C (57,2°F)
